Raphael Crespin is a French designer recently established in Hong Kong. His work mainly focuses on exploring the creative and innovative potential of emergent computational tools in design, architecture and art.
Prior to establishing his practice, Raphael Crespin worked with various offices in Asia and Europe. As a Postdoc Researcher at the SUTD Singapore University of Technology and Design, he participated to the Grand Challenge Program for Sustainable Built Environment in association with MIT. Raphael was also consultant on several projects for Noé Duchaufour Lawrence in Paris. His most relevant experience his certainly with dECOi Architects an architectural design practice renowned for its radical approach where during height years Raphael actively contribute to develop advanced design strategies on numerous awarded projects including among others the Miran Gallery in Paris, the Bankside Paramorph in London, Hyposurface or the One Main project in Boston US.
